Privacy Policy
Korea Racing Lab (operated as 따박따박 경마연구소 in Korea, "we") protects your personal information in line with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and applicable laws.
1. What we collect

You enter this information yourself in the "Race alerts" sign-up form.
2. Why we use it
- To send the race alerts you signed up for
- To answer questions and send service notices
- To prevent sign-ups by people under 19
- For statistics in a form that cannot identify you
3. How long we keep it
Until you stop receiving alerts or withdraw consent; we then delete it without delay. We also delete it if the service ends, except where the law requires us to keep it.
4. Sharing
We never sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
5. Processors and overseas transfer

If you do not want your data transferred, simply do not sign up for alerts. All other content on this site remains available.
6. Alerts and marketing messages
We only send alerts to people who agreed to receive them. Each message explains how to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
7. Your rights
You may ask to view, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information at any time by contacting us below. Residents of other countries may also have rights under their local laws, and we will respect them.
8. Age limit
We do not accept sign-ups from anyone under 19. Information found to belong to someone under 19 is deleted immediately.
9. Security
- All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Access to stored data is limited to the operator, whose account is protected by a password and additional authentication.

11. Changes
We will post any changes on this site at least 7 days before they take effect.
This is an initial policy for the early stage of the service and will be reviewed by a professional before any paid service starts. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
